Refund policy

Returns & Damages Policy
Effective Date: 08/06/2024

I put a lot of care into creating and delivering each piece from Lucid Designs, and I want you to be happy with what you receive. Because I’m a small independent business, I don’t offer refunds, all sales are final. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.

If Something Arrives Damaged

If your order arrives damaged, I’ll do everything I can to sort it for you. Here’s how:

1. Get in touch within 14 days
Email me at info@luciddesigns.shop within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, a brief description of the damage, and clear photos showing the issue.

2. I’ll review your message and authorise the return
If the damage qualifies, I’ll send you a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions for sending the item back.

3. Return it (I’ll refund postage if it’s confirmed damaged)
You’ll need to cover return shipping upfront. If the damage is confirmed once I receive the item, I’ll refund your postage and send you a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement isn’t available, I’ll issue a store credit.

A Note on Plates

Each plate is a functional piece of art, made to be used and enjoyed. While they’re printed for durability, they’re still handmade with care, so small variations or quirks are part of their charm, not considered faults. I recommend gentle handwashing to keep the artwork looking its best.

If a plate arrives damaged or broken in the post, please follow the steps above, I’ll make sure you’re looked after.

A Few Things to Note:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories included.

  • I can’t accept returns on sale items, custom-made pieces, final sale, or perishable goods.

  • Returns sent without approval may be refused.

Thanks so much for supporting my work and shopping small. If you have any questions or need help, just drop me a message at info@luciddesigns.shop

This policy is compliant with UK consumer law, which allows for returns in the case of damaged or faulty goods.
